Also, they serve an ergonomic purpose as the frets slant in line with you hand as you play up the neck
This guitar has a lower scale of 26.2" and the upper is 25.4"
This guitar is very comfortable to play, with 3 bevels
First a lovely rounded area at the Venetian cutaway
Then another on the back where the guitar rests against the player (rib rest)
